We had a fantastic ski holiday in a stylish hotel with an alpine feel. The room was spacious and had a lovely bathroom, wooden flooring, and a comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of yogurts, fresh fruit, and assorted breads. The hotel had excellent facilities such as a pool, spa area with saunas and a steam room, and a cool down courtyard. The location was ideal, uphill to the Fiss ski area and close to ski lifts.

Likes? Sadly, not many. Despite having a prime location, some of the hotel facilities were missing the mark. However, the friendly staff was a definite plus with their welcoming greetings and smiles. Additionally, the parks spots were very conveniently located. Oh, and I forgot to mention, the rooms had nice decor and were quite spacious. But overall, we had an underwhelming stay at this hotel. 🤷‍♀️👎

Worst Thanksgiving hotel experience ever! 😤 Disliked the fact that one of the main attractions, the sauna was out of order.

The hotel had a great Alpine design and the room was very clean and spacious. The balcony offered a fantastic view. The breakfasts were tasty, especially the mountain cheese and fresh bread. The staff was always helpful. The hotel's spa area with a swimming pool was a great place to relax after a day of exploring, hiking, or skiing. The hotel also offered a convenient shuttle to the ski slopes each morning.

We had a great city trip at a brand new hotel with all the amenities one needs for a relaxing stay. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bedding. We loved the variety of food options available at breakfast, including fresh fruit, bread, and cold cuts. the shuttle bus was a true convenience, making it easy to explore the city and its attractions. the spa area was particularly lovely, with a large pool, sauna, and steam room.

Our only disappointment was the lack of a coffee station in the room and the need to ask for more coffee pods. We also found the Wi-Fi and cable internet a little spotty, making it difficult to stream our favorite shows.
